2. How we are compensated

Our service is free to business owners. We are compensated by the third-party funding providers and marketing partners in our network when we refer a business request to them. This compensation may influence which providers a request is shared with and the order in which options are presented. It does not change the price, rate, or terms any provider offers you.

3. No guarantee of funding, approval, or terms

Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a funding provider, that any provider will offer you funding, or that funding will be offered on any particular amount, rate, or terms. All funding decisions, amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by the third-party providers, who may decline any request.

4. Timeframes & example figures

Any reference to funding “in as little as 24 hours,” to dollar ranges (for example, “$10,000 to $2,000,000 or more”), or to approval rates reflects the fastest or broadest outcomes some providers may offer. These figures are illustrative, are not typical, and are not promised or guaranteed. Your actual timeline, amount, rate, and terms depend on the provider and your business’s qualifications.

5. Third-party providers

Funding providers in our network are independent businesses. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for their products, services, conduct, or compliance. Your relationship and any agreement are solely between you and the provider. Review every offer carefully before accepting.
