This Privacy Policy explains how The Anchor Digital LLC, doing business as Access Funding Network (“Access Funding Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website or submit a funding request. Please read the “How We Share Your Information” section carefully — when you submit a request, we share your information with third-party funding providers and marketing partners who may contact you.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete our funding request form, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, the amount and purpose of funding sought, time in business, average monthly revenue, estimated credit range, and industry.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and advertising identifiers such as click identifiers (for example, gclid) and UTM parameters. We also use consent-verification technology (such as TrustedForm) to record your submission and consent.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, and funding providers in our network.

2. How we use your information

  • To match you with third-party funding providers and facilitate your funding request;
  • To contact you about funding options and related offers (see “Marketing communications” below);
  • To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and services;
  • To measure and optimize our advertising;
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How we share your information

With funding providers. Access Funding Network is a lead-generation and matching service. When you submit a funding request, we share the information you provide with one or more third-party funding providers and marketing partners so they can evaluate your request and contact you. These providers are independent businesses and use your information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

With service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, lead routing and delivery, consent verification, and communications.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The sharing of your information with funding providers and marketing partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws. See “Your privacy rights” below for how to opt out.

4. Marketing communications & your consent

By submitting our form and providing your express written consent, you agree that Access Funding Network and its funding and marketing partners may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide — including through automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text messages, and emails — regarding funding products and related offers, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time: reply STOP to text messages, follow the unsubscribe instructions in any email, or contact us using the details below. Revoking consent will not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before your request was processed.

5. Cookies & tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. This includes analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site functions.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing, without discrimination. Because we share information with funding providers and marketing partners as described above, you may exercise your right to opt out by contacting us at the email below or using our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request channel. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in “How to contact us.” We will verify your request as required by law before responding.

7. Data retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
